Below you will find answers to any questions you may have about our Fudge. If you are not able to find an answer to your question, please contact us and we will get you the answer you are looking for.

Q. What is the best way to store your fudge for a short period of time?
A. Fudge can be stored in the wrapping that it is shipped in, since we use natural ingredients it will stay fresh for up to two weeks.

Q. Can I do anything if my fudge gets hard before I eat it all?
A. I doubt this will be an issue as once you start….it is hard to stop! You can “soften” the fudge by putting it in a microwave at high for 15 second intervals and rotating it between each interval.

Q. Can I freeze the fudge?
A. Yes you can keep it in the freezer up to a year. It should be wrapped in Saran Wrap or foil and then put in a sealed plastic bag. To defrost you can leave it at room temperature for 24 hours then open it up and enjoy!

Q. Do you have fudge for diabetics?
A. Yes we have sucrose free fudge.

Q. How long will the fudge “stay fresh”?
A. This will depend on the humidity and temperature that it is stored in. On the average the fudge will stay fresh for up to two weeks from delivery.

Q. How often do you make fudge?
A. We make fudge at least two times a week to make sure that we not only have good inventory on hand but that it is fresh!

Q. What if I don't like your fudge after I get it or have a problem with my order?
A. We doubt that this will happen, but if you aren't satisfied, just let us know. We guarantee everything we sell. You can always call us or email us at info@northcountryfudgeshoppe.com 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Since we make fresh fudge multiple times a week we will ship all orders within 24 hours of when we receive them (exception is Saturday orders will not ship until Monday).

Q. Do you actually use butter?
A. Yes, we use fresh creamy butter in every batch, and then we mix in the freshest ingredients and some tender loving care. Trust us, once you taste it you will know!!
